Best fit: $17.95 Tofu Huevos Rancheros, seared tofu on crisp corn tortilla with black-bean puree and ranchero salsa. Other options: $18 chickpea-potato/pasilla fritter with chipotle aioli and salad; $14 chickpea/cauliflower chana masala with coconut milk and brown rice; $8 chocolate Hana pie with coconut and pecans. Creamy accompaniments are poorer taste fits.
