Vegan evidence

CORRECTION checked 2026-09-15: Closed at 1849 Lincoln Way. Restaurantji lists Casa Barajas CLOSED, and Chug Pub’s current official website identifies Pinoy’s Place as its food operator. The previous potato-taco lead relied on an old menu and should not be used as a current dining suggestion. Exact closure date and any Casa Barajas relaunch elsewhere remain unverified. Community reports also describe closure, but their proposed relaunch and timing are unconfirmed. The host website supports the new food operator, not an exact Casa Barajas closure date. No change inferred to Chug Pub’s own availability or vegan offerings. Prior evidence retained: September 15 secondary menu and editorial sources support a vegan crispy potato taco. Official website was inaccessible and Square did not expose a current usable menu. Current ingredients, availability, hours, address and pricing need primary confirmation. Failed checks are not evidence of closure. Opening date unknown.

Historical menu evidence only; this location is closed. Secondary Allmenus listing explicitly labels the crispy potato taco vegan and describes potatoes, garlic oil, guajillo and lettuce. Current primary menu could not be inspected. Recorded research; limitations are retained above.
